The main thrust of our strategy centers on three specific initiatives that combine to accomplish the overall mission of GUV.

Entrepreneurial Conditioning
Our funds, resources and influence are used to stimulate Utah’s entrepreneurial activity, by sponsoring and conducting seminars, conferences, research and related efforts with a special emphasis on Northern Utah.

Facilitate Private Equity Investment and Management Assistance
We facilitate the private consideration by our members and partners to directly invest their private resources in a given enterprise. We also provide beneficial management advice and counsel to the entrepreneurs by the senior members of the GUV team.

Rallying Financial and Leadership Resources
As we lead out with our own resources, we are rallying the support of like minded business and civic leaders whose resources and influence are effectively tapped and combined with that of our own, increasing our contribution to the growth of Utah’s emerging businesses.
