After surveying the entrepreneur environment in Utah, Grow Utah Ventures saw some needs and decided to create a better business incubator called the eStation.
Located in Kaysville, Ogden, & Vernal, these incubators are the first private-public partner incubators in the state with the express purpose to grow businesses and further the vision that drives Grow Utah Ventures.
The eStation is focused on making young companies successful businesses. It is traditional in the sense that cubicles, phone lines, copy machines, and Internet access all come with the package. Tenants are hand-selected and personally invited to move their operations from their basement, garage, or spare bedroom to the eStation campus.
Once a business is selected to move into the eStation, facilitators continue to regularly meet with them to see what support or help they need, provide formal and informal mentorship, and help them with networking and introductions.
It is this philosophy that launched Grow Utah Ventures: help find financing, but also provide meaningful mentoring, business conditioning and a circle of resources.
The Davis eStation is the flagship station. It is located within the NorthFront Business Resource Center at the Davis Applied Technology in Kaysville. The center houses many startup companies but also resource entities such as the SBDC, Northfront Entrepreneur Alliance, Chamber of Commerce and more.
Private cubicles, offices, phone lines, printers, meeting space, conference rooms, and Internet access are all included in this eStation. Tenants are selected among applicants.

The Ogden eStation is where it all began. In 2004, Alan Hall had a vision to convert the old Greyhound Bus Station in downtown Ogden into a business incubator. One year later, that came to fruition and the eStation was born. Nearly 10 startup companies occupied the eStation from 2005-2010.
In 2010, the eStation partnered with Ogden City and the AmCan Properties to move into the newly remodeled American Can Building on Lincoln Avenue. This historic building, which once housed hundreds of hard working manufacturers, now houses hard working startups and other resource entities such as the Business Information Center and SBDC.
The station is located at 2036 Lincoln Ave. Private cubicles, offices, phone lines, printers, meeting space and Internet access are all included in this eStation. Tenants are selected among applicants.

The Vernal eStation is located in the Bingham Entrepreneurship and Energy Research Center (BEERC). This 70,000 square foot facility provides classrooms, teaching labs and is home to the Utah State University Research Foundation’s Energy Dynamics Laboratory and the Idaho National Laboratory.
The Vernal eStation offers private cubicles, phone lines, printers, meeting space and Internet access for all tenants. Tenants are selected among applicants and receive free mentoring and other training.
