Grow Utah Ventures Sponsors the Business Ignitor Event
On April 19, 2005 Grow Utah Ventures co-sponsored the Business Ignitor event. The featured speaker of the event was Governor Jon Hunstman Jr. He addressed the topics of entrepreneurship, economic development and how government can lower the barriers to entrepreneurship. Along with his chief economic advisor, Christopher Roybal, the Governor fielded questions from the many young entrepreneurs who were in attendance.
The Busines Ignitor series is supported by Grow Utah Ventures as an effort to bring entrepreneurs together in an environment that fosters entrepreneurism. Two additional Ignitor events will be held later in the year.
